I’ve spent years walking beside families during some of the most emotional and uncertain seasons of their lives as a licensed senior living executive.
I’ve seen firsthand what families experience in the days and weeks following a loss, when the phone stops ringing, the services are over, and the quiet begins to set in.
Those moments are when people need compassion and connection the most. And that’s what inspired me to create written resources that help funeral homes stay present in the lives of the families they serve, even after the service ends.
Today, I help funeral homes maintain meaningful outreach through professionally written, compassionate after-care content that supports grieving families while strengthening your role as a trusted resource in your community, and encourages preplans.
I understand how demanding your work is. Between meeting families, planning services, and managing your team, there’s rarely time to sit down and write heartfelt follow-up messages.
